Born in the Midwest, Susie Hill has lived in many places across our wide country. This kind of life experience has given Susie the chance to know her "people" skills. The perspective gained from life in many parts of the country gives her a unique understanding and skill to recognize the needs of her real estate clients.

Susie’s excellence in real estate is a natural reflection of her skill in understanding people and her drive to get the job done right. With over 25 years in the field she has a broad understanding of markets, trends and the importance of matching every client to just the right home.

Susie’s sales efforts have been rewarded with the status of Centurion for both herself and her agency, given only to the most successful sales associates in the Century 21 system worldwide. A testimony to her success is the amount of "repeat" customers she has and the "word of mouth" referrals she has from her prior clients.

Kimberly Wood was born in Fresno, California but has been a resident of Simi Valley almost all her life. After attending school in Simi Valley, Kimberly went on to become a paralegal for two of the nation’s most recognized law firms. With a background in construction defect and real estate law, Kimberly made the career change to Realtor.

Armed with a background in real estate law, raising her family in Simi, being an active member of the American Youth Soccer Organization, and competing in marathons, Kimberly’s knowledge of Simi Valley and her competitive nature has made her one of the top sales associates in the Century 21 system. She too, has been awarded the status of Centurion.

In 2005, Susie and Kimberly joined as partners to become one of the top selling teams in the Century 21 system.
